Section 20(1) in West Bengal Electrical Licensing Rules, 2017
(1)Where an original Certificate or Permit granted under these rules has been lost or destroyed; the Secretary may, on application, grant a duplicate in compliance of relevant provision of Right to Public Services (RTPS) Act, 2013.
