20. Grant of duplicate Certificate or Permit.
(1)Where an original Certificate or Permit granted under these rules has been lost or destroyed; the Secretary may, on application, grant a duplicate in compliance of relevant provision of Right to Public Services (RTPS) Act, 2013.(2)The grant of duplicate Certificate or Permit shall be done online once notified by the Board. The charge for such duplicate shall be such as mentioned in Annexure IV and shall not be refunded in any case.
