(23)Auditor.-(i)Fifty per cent by direct recruitment through Commission on the basis of competitive examination.(ii)Fifty per cent by promotion from amongst substantively appointed Junior Account Clerks in the office of the Director of Flandloom and Textiles, Uttar Pradesh, who have completed five years service as such on the first day of the year of recruitment.
