9. Application for appearing in Examination.
(1)A candidate who desire to appear at the examination shall submit an application in such form,, within such time limit as may be prescribed by the examination authority along with such fees in such manner as may be determined by the Government, from time to time.(2)Fees once paid shall not be refunded or held over for the subsequent examination in any circumstances.
