Section 3(1)(i) in Gujarat Professional Technical Educational Colleges or Institutions (Procedure for Declaration of Centre of Excellence) Rules, 2014

(i)The Chairperson, to be nominated by the State Government who shall be selected from amongst the former Directors of IISCs or IIMs or NITs or HIT or TIFR or IITs or Former Vice-Chancellors or Renowned Educationists;
