Section 9(2) in The National Rural Employment Guarantee (Central Council) Rules, 2006
(2)The Executive Committee constituted under sub-rule (1) shall consist of the following, namely:-(i)Secretary to the Government of India, Department of Rural Development President;(ii)The Financial Advisory, Ministry of Rural Development; representative of the Ministry of Panchayati Raj and two Members who are Secretaries of State Governments nominated by the Chairperson of the Executive CommitteeMembers;(iii)Four non-official Members of the Central Council to be nominated by the Chairperson of the Central CouncilMembers;
