(5)(a)After the payment of Fair and Remunerative Price, further price realised by revenue sharing as determined by the Board, shall be paid within fourteen days from the date of publication of yearly ex-mill revenue sharing based sugarcane prices and values. All other conditions for sugarcane purchase payment shall be as per the provisions of the Sugarcane (Control) Order, 1966.(b)Every payment made by the occupier of factory under this Act shall be paid to sugarcane growers through bank account only and not in cash.(c)For recovery of the dues with respect to Fair and Remunerative Price, the provisions of the Sugarcane (Control) Order, 1966 shall mutatis-mutandis be applicable for recovery of arrears of price realised by revenue sharing.
