45B. Method of Fishing.
(1)The licence shall be issued subject to fishing being allowed only by resorting to the following method which would specifically exclude set nets or any other kind of nets made of yarn, or nylon, namely:(i)Angling(ii)By use of throw nets(iii)By use of floating baits.Note. - Large baited hooks which are likely to en danger the Gharials, Mogger shall not be allowed.(2)Fishing with the help of chemicals, explosives, poison and poisoned bait, poisoned weapon, artificial lights, or mechanised boats shall be strictly prohibited.
