Section 81(1) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(1)Drinking, smoking, using, selling, storing, serving, consuming, keeping or usage of any product or thing containing alcohol or tobacco or any narcotic drugs or psyehotropic substance in any manner is banned in the University, its campuses, or any of its centers, affiliated or associated colleges, schools etcetera except for the purpose of education, awareness campaigns, research or cleaning with prior written permission of the Chancellor.
