Section 4(10) in Tamil Nadu Electricity Grid Code, 2005
(10)Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission (TNERC): The functions of TNERC with relevance to TNEGC are:(i)To determine the rate, charges and terms for the use of the transmission facilities of Licensees.(ii)To specify the fees and charges payable to SLDC.(iii)To issue directions on matters of non compliance of TNEGC or to take decisions on any dispute referred to them.(iv)To issue transmission licenses.(v)To issue amendments to the TNEGC as and when required.
