Section 20(1A) in Maharashtra Homoeopathic Practitioners' Act, 1960
(1A)[ The register shall contain the names of practitioners, whose names are,-(i)continued on the register under sub-section (4); and(ii)entered in the register under sub-section (3) or (5) on or after the date of commencement of the Bombay Homoeopathic and Biochemic Practitioners' (Amendment) Act, 1985.]
