Section 8(1) in The M.P. Lok Seva (Anusuchit Jatiyon, Anusuchit Jan Jatiyon Aur Anya Pichhade Vargon Ke Liye Arakshan) Rules, 1998
(1)In every Department under the State Government the Deputy Secretary in charge of establishment and in other establishments an officer not below the rank of Class I officer who supervises or deals with the establishment matters and appointments shall act as the Liaison Officer for the purposes of implementation of the provisions of the Act in all establishments and service under his administrative control.
