15. Subventions and loans to the Commissionerate.
(1)The Government may, with the approval of the Legislative Assembly of the State, from time to time make subventions to the Commissionerate for the purposes of this Act on such terms and conditions as the Government may determine.(2)The Government may, from time to time advance, loans to the Commissionerate for purposes of this Act on such terms and conditions as the Government may determine.
