Section 5 in Veterinary Council Of India Regulation, 1991
5. Procedure of inspection.
- Every inspector shall comply with the following requirements, namely :-(a)to make himself acquainted with such previous report on the facilities for teaching' existing at the veterinary college, hospital or other institution where veterinary education is given and with the qualifying examination or veterinary examination conducted by the University, Board, Veterinary institution which he is appointed to inspect, as the President may direct and with the remarks of the body conducting the examinations, the institutions authorities and observations of the Council thereon;(b)to attend personally every examination which he is required to inspect and to insect veterinary colleges, hospitals and other institutions where veterinary education is given in regard to matters like staff, equipment, accommodation, training and other facilities for veterinary instruction and training but shall not interfere with the conduct thereof.
