30. Advisory Committee.
(1)The Commission in accordance with Section 87 of the Act may establish from such date as it may specify by notification a Committee known as the State Advisory Committee.(2)The Advisory Committee envisaged under the Act shall consist of such number of members not exceeding 21 representing the various interests as referred to in the Act, as may be decided by the Commission.
