Section 7(1)(ii) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992

(ii)The marks for discipline shall be awarded at the end of the practical and theory examination by the Principal in consultation with the Head of the Department and the members of the Faculty of that branch, provided the appease of any dispute in award of marks the Principal shall form a cumulates of at least three members of faculty of that branch in which dispute has occurred and shall award marks as recommended by the Committee to which the candidate belongs.
