151. Cementing unit .-(1) The cementing unit shall be designed in such a manner that it will mix, store and deliver as exact volume as possible of cement with the necessary properties to ensure fully satisfactory anchoring and barrier integrity.
(2)The unit shall be designed in such a manner that remains of unmixed chemicals as well as ready-mixed cement is handled in accordance with applicable environment regulations.(3)If the cementing unit with associated systems is intended to function as backup for the drilling fluid system, it shall have capacity and working pressure to be able to control the well pressure at all times.
