(1)Every person employed shall -(a)report to his Foreman any defect in any fencing, breathing apparatus, appliances or other requisite provided in pursuance of these rules, as soon as he becomes aware of such defects;(b)use of the articles, appliance or accommodation requires by these rules for the purpose for which they are provided;(c)wear the breathing apparatus and life-belt where required under rule 181 (a) and (b).
