10. Duties of the Secretary.
- The duties of the Secretary shall be-(i)to scrutinise all applications for electrical contractors licences and carry on correspondence in connection therewith;(ii)to scrutinise application for admission to the examination for Supervisors and Wiremen and to carry on correspondence in connection therewith;(iii)to countersign licences to electrical contractors and certificates of competency and per mils to Supervisors and Wiremen;(iv)[ to renew the electrical contractor's licence] [Substituted by Notification No. 1318-F-1-21-XIII-86, dated 30-3-1990.].
