Section 46(1) in Telangana State Electrical Licensing Regulations, 2018
(1)The Contractor shall submit the following report in respect of each work undertaken by him to the Secretary and to any concerned officers he may direct -(a)Work commencement report in the Form 'W.R.I' immediately before Commencement of work.(b)Work completion-cum-test report in the Form W.R.II; duly filled in by the Supervisor/ Wireman as the case may be in his own hand and signed by the Supervisor/Wireman as the case may be and the Contractor.
