46. Work Reports.
(1)The Contractor shall submit the following report in respect of each work undertaken by him to the Secretary and to any concerned officers he may direct -(a)Work commencement report in the Form 'W.R.I' immediately before Commencement of work.(b)Work completion-cum-test report in the Form W.R.II; duly filled in by the Supervisor/ Wireman as the case may be in his own hand and signed by the Supervisor/Wireman as the case may be and the Contractor.(2)The Contractor shall keep copies of the commencement reports and completion-cum-test reports and make them available to the Secretary or his representatives.
