(1)In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires:-(a)"Act" means the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act of 2019;(b)"Chairperson" means the Chairperson of the Authority appointed under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Act;(c)"Member" means a member of the Authority appointed under clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Act;(d)"Selection Committee" means the selection committee constituted under rule 3;
