(2)When distillations is carried on at night or at all other times when an officer of the Excise & Narcotics Department is not present, the plant gate shall remain locked provided that on Sundays or public holidays mentioned in sub-rule (1) the registered servants of the licencee may be allowed entry and exit between sunrise and sunset.
