Section 20(1) in The Assam Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1960
(1)The licence shall give free access to the cinema at all hours to the officers mentioned below:(a)The Licensing Authority or any officer nominated by it for the purpose of carrying out the duties of the Licensing Authority under the Act and the Rules and for checking that the provisions of the Act, the rules framed thereunder and the conditions of the licence are being duly complied with;(b)Any Police Officer who is required by a general or special order the Licensing Authority or the District Superintendent of Police to attend the same;(c)The officers of competent jurisdiction of the Department of Public Health, Public Works and Electricity for the purpose of seeing that the provisions of these Rules are being duly observed; and(d)Regional Officer under the Central Board of Film Censors or an officer authorised by him in writing.
