Section 4(3)(iii) in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006

(iii)The University shall specially strive to have professional academic and other possible link-ups and ties with various Centres of Excellence in and outside the country for promoting the standards of education provided, for improving the methodologies of teaching and for upgrading the potentials of teaching and non-teaching staff of the University.
