Section 70(5) in Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010
(5)No joining time shall be admissible to an officer or employee if,-(i)the transfer does not involve a posting to a different place;(ii)his posting is of temporary nature, irrespective of the fact that the posting is to a place or station other than the one at which he is permanently posted;(iii)the transfer is at his own request;(iv)the transfer is within the same Panchayat or Municipality or Urban Agglomeration or Municipal Corporation or Town or City.Chapter - VII Miscellaneous
