conduct revaluation of the answer sheet and declare of the result as
ordered by this court if the answer sheets are available ... this
court to undertake revaluation of the answer sheets. If the petitioner feels
that the answer sheet has been misplaced by the officials
examination answer-sheet re-evaluated through the competent evaluators.

2. Shri S.K. Om, learned counsel ... missing from the list of successful candidates due to inadvertent mistake. The applicant by his letter dated 04.03.2013 sought certain information including his OMR answer
clear that he had coded the ticket number but somehow missed coding the roll number. Therefore, it is for consideration whether he deserves any relief ... roll number and ticket number correctly. Perhaps, while inspecting his answer sheet, the invigilator should have been more careful and had it been
examination to be eligible for interview.
It is argued that they have missed the cut-off mark limit with
nominal marks, thus the petitioners should ... marks. Some of the petitioners have sought re-evaluation of
the answer-sheets as well.
4. It is also contended that obtaining of such marks
student had received such number of marks after evaluation of this answers sheet by a competent examiner in the paper concerned. The Vice Chancellor ... marks awarded to each student in each paper is recorded, are completely missing. It is also not known as to who was appointed
answer sheet and it was found that the marks secured by him in
question No. 5, were not mentioned on the cover note ... answer
sheet. The petitioner was given 10 marks in question No. 5 and,
therefore, his aggregate of Civil Law (Core) paper came to 97 marks
Shimla dated 19.09.2011 therein, whereby they have informed the SSC that the answer books sent did not contain the upper half page of the booklets ... missing/torn. Some other documents were also found reproduction copies. Therefore, it is his contention that the SSC has not sent his original answer sheets
Appellant submitted that though she has been provided copies of her answer sheet
in query no.2 the same are not certified.
