In this matter, Mr. A.S.Manjunath, ADLR,
Kundapur, who had appeared before this Court on
16.07.2019, submits that
Learned AGA by taking instructions from
respondent No.5 and the ADLR, present in the Court,
submitted that survey work would be undertaken ... ADLR and follow-up action, if found necessary would be
taken within a reasonable period.

the ground that though Principal Civil Judge (Sr.Dn),

Commissioner to effect partition, said order is not properly
adhered to by ADLR, instead he has deputed Taluka Surveyor
to complete
proceeding in BSN No.109/2015-16
