(Consular), Embassy of India, Stockholm, whereby, the petitioner's
registration as Overseas Citizenship ... notice dated 06.11.2020 came to be initially issued by First
Secretary (Consular), Embassy of India to Sweden & Latvia (respondent
no.3) which required
Notice against the Petitioner were based on numerous
complaints received from several Embassies availing CPV services of the
Petitioner, wherein certain unethical and corrupt practices ... Petitioner.
23. It has been contended by the Respondent that several Embassies had
imposed penalties upon the Petitioner for various non-compliances and
violations
communication was sent by the Ministry of External Affairs to the Embassy
of Republic of Uzbekistan seeking diplomatic intervention for issuance of
travel document ... petitioner to travel
back to her home country i.e. Uzbekistan. The Embassy of Uzbekistan has
been requested to issue the necessary travel documents
since 10.04.2024 in Federal Penitentiary Institution
IK-6, Vladimir Region. The Indian Embassy officials had met Mr.
Majothi on 19.06.2024 and had been in regular ... contact with his family.
2. The Indian Embassy had requested approval for a follow-up consular
visit to Mr. Majothi on 05.08.2025. The Russian authorities
petitioner never applied for a visa by
physically visiting the concerned Embassy, and had only filled out an online
form for the same ... After some hearing, it is agreed the petitioner shall visit the Indian
Embassy on 22.12.2025 (or soon thereafter). Further, the petitioner shall pay
the requisite
2025.The same has been filed through the Vice-
Consul, Embassy of India in Indonesia. It is submitted that the
Embassy/Consulate is also rendering ... said appeal.
4. It is assured and undertaken that the Indian Embassy and Consulate in
Indonesia as also the respondent no.2/Ministry of External
technology by incorporating video-
conferencing, authentication of identities by Embassies, and
attestation of signatures in a similar manner."
15. It may also be apposite
aforesaid circumstances,
ultimately, vide notice dated 26.06.2025 issued by the Counsellor, Embassy
of India, the tender process itself was annulled. The notice dated 26.06.2025,
reads
meantime, the petitioner is directed to coordinate with the
Embassy of Uzbekistan for the purpose of issuance of necessary travel
documents/temporary passport
