functional ... informed that DRT, Jabalpur Bench has become functional and,
therefore, this petition is disposed of without commenting upon merits of the
matter with liberty

was not taken up.
Learned counsel
interim order was granted since Bench at Jabalpur of
DRT was non-functional.
Learned counel for the respondent/Bank informs that
jurisdiction of Madhya Pradesh
petition which was filed since the DRT at Jabalpur and the DRAT at
Allahabad (UP) both were non-functional.
However, it is brought ... been issued conferring jurisdiction of Jabalpur Bench
upon the Presiding Officer of DRT No.1 Mumbai.
The petitioner is free to press the SA filed
liberty to pursue the Securitisation application preferred before
the DRT, Jabalpur which has since become functional.
With the aforesaid liberty, present petition stands dismissed
liberty to pursue the Secritization Application already pending
before DRT, Jabalpur which has since become functional.
Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed
2021 on 28/10/2021 in the face of DRT at Jabalpur being non
functional.
