This appeal assails the order dated 27.10.2005 passed

cheque bearing No. 290697 dated 15.06.2015 issued by HBL
Power Systems Ltd. in favour of Manbhawan Traders of Rs. five
crore for clearance ... National Bank, Usraon,
Kochas branch. On enquiry, it was found that HBL Power
Systems Ltd. did not issue any cheque in favour of Manbhawan
Traders
