settlement amicably on the terms and conditions that the accused
shall pay Rs.1,50,000/- to the complainant towards the balance
sale consideration after ... drawn on
the State Bank of India, ISRO Layout Branch, in favor the
complainant. The complainant presented the said cheque for
encashment, but the same
encashment through his banker Karuru Vysya Bank, Isro Layout
branch, Bangalore . But the said cheque is returned unpaid with
an endorsement to that effect ... dated 6-8-2013 through his advocate, calling upon the accused to
pay the cheque amount . The notice sent by RPAD was served
months. Accordingly after lapse of 3 months, complainant
requested the accused to pay the said amount. That in
discharge of said liability, the accused issued ... drawn on
SBI, Isro Layout Branch, Bengaluru, in favour of complainant
and assured the complainant. That the same will be encashed.
Accordingly complainant presented

was not cleared dues ... said cheque for
