petitioner's father's caste has been registered as
Kuravan instead of Malaikuravan. The said order further clarified that their
grandfather Rangan
where her caste particulars is wrongly mentioned as 'Hindu, Scheduled Caste Kuravan'. He and his family members hail from poor economic family background
village and that those living in the village only belong to Kuravan community, which is classified as a Scheduled Caste community. While so, the petitioners
dated 28.06.2016 in the matter of issuance of Community Certificate of Malai Kuravan, from Sankarapuram Taluk to the Petitioner within the specific time frame fixed
that petitioner shall produce the Community Certificate that she belongs to Malak Kuravan Schedule Tribe from the Kallakuruchi Taluk, Villupuram District within the time stipulated
community certificate issued to the father of the petitioner belonging to Malak Kuravan community schedule tribe and ensue with all the other incidental selection process
consider the
petitioner's application dated 23.11.2017 to issue Hindu (Kuravan) Schedule
Caste Community Certificate to his son Gunalan and daughter Priyadharshini.
