3. The petitioner joined as Motor Operator named OHT operator in the
fourth respondent panahcyat and has put in service

(OHT) with the respondent No.4 Panchayat and consequently direct the

ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed by a retired OHT Operator of
the third respondent Panchayat seeking a Mandamus to settle the terminal
Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to reinstate the
petitioner as OHT Operator at Peranamallur Panchayat Union, Ariyapadi
Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District based on the order passed
procurement, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning of
distribution network of 20 new OHT's and 46 existing overhead Tanks &
replacement of old distribution ... achieving continuous (24 x 7) pressurized water supply
plus 10 years operation and maintenance for Indore City. (Package 4). As per NIT,
