or physically handicapped and, therefore, he was deprived of due
recommendation for appointment. In other words ... candidates had declined to accept offers of appointment and one
physically handicapped candidate, had been accommodated against a
vacancy reserved to be filled
aggrieved because a post of assistant teacher in Science
(reserved for physically handicapped candidate) is lying vacant
since long and the Regional School Service Commission ... that one Nur Alam was recommended from the merit list of
physically handicapped candidates. However, soon thereafter, it
was detected that Nur Alam
vacancies were shown as reserved for Schedule Caste
(hereafter SC) and Physically Handicapped (hereafter PH) candidates respectively.
