The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under:

ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner is that he filed ROR revision
case under Section 9 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar ... matter, the 3rd respondent is directed to
consider the ROR revision case said to have been filed by the
petitioner and after hearing
record the suit
land in the remarks column of the ROR. In the encroachment case,
the plaintiff had prayed for settlement of the land ... issued by the
Revenue Officer in Encroachment Case (Ext.3), the
ordersheet (Ext.4) in Encroachment Case No.2999/91
together with the evidences
Tahsildar was
challenged before the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad
in Case No. ROR/REV/216/2018 by the petitioner and by
order dated 15.06.2018, the Additional
Laxma Reddy, who
is arrayed as 6th respondent herein, filed ROR Revision Case
No.F2/3460/2018 and the same is pending before ... respondent
in the said proceedings. Having come to know that the ROR
proceedings are pending, petitioner filed an application to implead
him as respondent. This

The case of the petitioner is that, he is the owner of agriculture
Latur in Case No. 2002/ROR/A/62. The petitioner
challenged the said order in Case No.
2003-ROR-Rev./143 lodged ... moved an application on
22/01/2016 for seeking restoration of the case
Revision No. 143/2003. The Additional Divisional
Commissioner has rejected the said
granted by him in
I.A.No.2121 of 2019 in ROR Revision Case No.F2/2121/2019.
