intimated the Government that the petitioners were appointed
on regular basis ... then Director, SVIMS and they
acquired satisfactory service etc. and requested the
Government to issue appropriate orders in the matter.
Thereafter, the 2nd respondent vide
Prasad, learned counsel representing
Ms. Marella Radha, Standing Counsel for SVIMS, seeks time for
arguing the matter.
He submits that he has already informed
Memo would says
that the contract services rendered in RIMS, Srikakulam,
NIMS, SVIMS will be counted for the weightage of marks.
13. Official respondents have ... render services as Tutor in any Government
institutions like RIMS, NIMS and SVIMS. The clause does not
stipulate that on obtaining Ph.D only

being shifted to SVIMS, Tirupati, he succumbed to the injuries
on 29.05.2005. The deceased was aged
also for MBBS
course in Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women (Under SVIMS),
Tirupati for the Academic Year 2022-23 is illegal, arbitrary and
violative
