3. Petitioner retired from the post of
District Audit Officer on 31.03.2018. He
filed this writ petition in the month ... effective date of Uttarakhand Audit Structure
and Grade Pay Rs. 5400 from the date of
promotion of the employees those were junior
to the petitioner

According to the petitioner, he was
appointed as Assistant Audit Officer in Sarva
Shiksha Abhiyan against the post which was
created by Government Order ... petitioner submits
that the post of Assistant Audit Officer is
created in the revised integrated structure.
