Forum ("CGRF" for short) of the petitioner being Case ... before this Court. This Court vide order
dated 5th March, 2018 directed CGRF to decide the matter
within two weeks. The CGRF thereafter passed
from the main road and
therefore, respondent No.1 filed complaint with CGRF,
PGVCL, which was registered as Complaint No.3/2019-20.
The complaint ... respondent No.1 came to be rejected.
While rejecting the complaint, CGRF has taken into
consideration all the necessary aspects, more
particularly that the connection
February, 2019, wherein the petitioner has been
relegated to seek remedy from CGRF of PGVCL.
2. Learned Advocate for the petitioner draws attention of this
shall also produce document dated 19.02.2019 referred to in the
order of CGRF in para-3.2.
