On the basis of the said charge-sheet, learned Magistrate had taken cognizance of the offence against the accused-respondents, however, since the case was exclusively triable by the court of Sessions, it was committed to the court of Sessions for trial, where it was registered vide Sessions Trial No. 130 of 2012 (State of U.P.
