The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the BPCL drew our attention
to all the reports and the documents in support of his contention and further
drew our attention to the Clauses of the agreement dated 4th March, 1999.
Hence, it is submitted on behalf of the respondent authorities that this writ
Petition should be dismissed. He further relying upon the decision in the case of
Tarun Kr. Halder (Supra) and submitted that the facts of this case comes
within the four corner of the said decision.
