32. That apart, the applicant has remained behind the bars for a
period of 5 years and 2 months, out of the total sentence of 7
years awarded to him. He has also remained in jail for 3 years
after his conviction (27.09.2017), as such his case squarely falls
within the parameters laid down by this Court in Tahir Khan's case
(supra).
