2. In view of the averments made in the application and observations
made in the report of the Joint Committee, we consider it appropriate to
seek response thereto from (1) State of Punjab, through District
Magistrate, Patiala, Punjab, (2) Commissioner, Municipal Corporation,
Patiala and (3) Punjab Pollution Control Board, through its Member
Secretary who stand impleaded as respondents no. 1 to 3. Memo parties
be prepared and attached with the application accordingly.
