complainant have vehemently opposed the submissions and have
submitted that earlier bail application of the present applicants was

rejected on merits by this Court vide order dated 04/06/2020, whereas
the bail application of Kamta Prasad was already decided prior to
earlier rejection of the bail application of present applicants.
Therefore, there is no changed circumstance under which this bail
application could be considred. The bail granted in another crime
number may not be the factor to consider the bail in the present case.
Hence, prays to reject the bail application of the applicant.
