1. These four petitions have been listed before us today on being marked
by Hon'ble the Chief Justice on account of the fact that, inter alia,
Manmohan, J. - who is heading the Bench hearing other connected matters
has recused in W.P.(CRL) 618/2019 (Gautam Khaitan vs. Union of India &
Ors) and W.P.(CRL) 1877/2019 (Ritu Khaitan vs. Union of India & Ors.).
