4. Considering the above submissions of learned Counsel appearing for
the parties, the instant petition is disposed of directing Respondent
No.3 to consider and decide representation dated 21.06.2023 of the
Petitioner in light of judgment passed by this Court in case of Jayant
Kumar Patle Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others passed in WPS
No.4271/2017 dated 03.11.2017 and other relevant rules and law as
early as possible preferably within two months from the date of receipt
of copy of this order.
