Davarasety Manmadha Rao (supra), the Hon'ble Supreme Court
while dealing with the meaning of plaintiff's readiness and
willingness to perform the contract has held that readiness is the
capacity of the plaintiff to perform the contract and willingness is
the conduct of the party and relevant paras are reproduced for
