2. My attention in this behalf is drawn to the interim order
behalf of the respondent - Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of
India Limited ["DFCCIL"].
2. The petitioners are serving in DFCCIL in Grade ... amendment
eligibility criteria.
4. The petitioners submitted a representation dated 01.04.2025 to
DFCCIL in this regard, specifically relying upon Clause 3.1.3 of an
Office Memorandum

"the DFCCIL") had terminated the contract between
