1. The Petitioner joined Delhi Vidyut Board ["DVB"] (erstwhile Delhi
Electricity Supply Undertaking) as Junior Engineer ... year 2000.
Pursuant to Power Sector reforms, the DVB was unbundled into multiple
successor entities, and in terms thereof, the Petitioner is presently employed
with
