20. The complainant intimated the respondent insurance company
about the fire vide Annexure C-8 on 22.10.2006 and the insurance
assessee from Standard Fire Works Sivakasi. The Assessing
Officer has accepted that the partnership firm is carrying on
trading in crackers.
8. The assessee himself ... diwali8 and diwali sale of

confirmed with M/s Standard Fire Works Ltd., Sivakasi that
purchase
jurisdictional High Court in the case of CIT v. Taj Fire Works Industries
